The Satguru is aware of His mission on Earth every momnet and any single act He does carries deep multiple significance and teachings! It was very touching to see how Gurudeva picked up the people from the very back of hte hall and brought them in front and presented them with the lingams! It reminds the Bilble teachings: "The last will be the first."It is the humility which conquers the Lord,s Heart to shower His Grace upon the meak and child-like innocent ones!
Swamiji once explained that when You truely love someone be it a person or Your Guru You will never put yourself in His way as if suffocating Him or sit always in front as if saying "Here I am. You have to love me!" But You will hide yourself as if in shyness somewhere in the back knowing deep in the heart that He loves You and that God loves everyone as part of Himself equally!
On Namo Swamiji!
Swamiji explained:
"When a Guru or Spiritual Teacher takes the karma of his disciple, most frequently the disciple does not instantly transform into an enlightened being. Frequently he still will have the life issues he had before: be it anger, jealousy, greed, power, thirst for wealth, desire for name and fame or whatever life situations he had before. On occasion, the person whose karma is removed by the Guru instantly is enlightened; in that case, it is by the Grace of God."
The personal lingam is a one of the very auspicious and powerful ways in which Swamiji helps the desciples to speed up their progress and lift up their karmic burden!
